How do I show a logo on my website?
Go to the ´Upload Logo´ screen, and click on the browse button. You need to gave a suitably sized logo on your PC, ideally no more than 100 pixels high and 200 pixels wide.
Click on the Upload button, and then the ´Show logo on my website´ checkbox.
Now go to the Create Site screen and re-create your site. Your logo will now show.
Note: Whan you upload new logo, it doesn´t always show due to the browser caching the old logo. If this happens, try hitting CTRL & F5 keys together.

What is the Meta Title?
The Meta Title is what your new site will have as a page title. This is relevant to search engines, and will also be the description that shows in a persons taskbar at the bottom of the screen when viewing your site.
Typically, you might use your company name, with a very short description as the Meta Title, e.g:
MyCompany Real-Estate - Your local Marbella Realtor

What is the Meta Description?
This is primarily for search-engines to use as a description for your site. Use it to give an honest description of what your business is about, e.g. the area and location and exactly what you do. You can inclue your company name in as well.
This text will often appear in search-engines description of your site, e.g:
A realty company based in Marbella, Spain specialising in luxurious villas in exclusive suburbs.

What are the Meta Keywords?
These are keywords to indicate to search-engines what your site is about. Simply include a short list of words and phrases, separated by commas, e.g:
real-estate,villas,apartments,costa-del-sol,marbella

What does the ´Create Site´ screen do?
This will create you a new template real-estate site with your company name and contact details. It will show any properties you upload, along with properties of other agents you have a sharing agreement with.
You can upload your logo, and update the first page with relevant text about yourself.
When you create the site, choose which graphic you want at the top of the page.
Creating the site will overwrite any site you had previously.
When you are happy that the website is how you like it, contact us to make it officially live.
We can also arrange to customize this website with new graphics and Flash design. Just contact us and ask for a quote.

What if I don't need a free website?
You are not required to use our websites. But doing so will give you an integrated solution, aloowing you to upload a property once to your website, and then it can automatically appear in the MLS and our online portals.

Can I alter my free website?
You can alter it using our online website creator. If you want full FTP access, then you will need to upgrade to being a standard or professional member.

How do I incorporate my new free website into my existing website.
The free website can replace your existing 'property listings search' section of your website, or it can add extra properties to your website, or it can replace your existing website completely - your choice.
If you want to link it in to your existing website, you can do this with a simple html link, or an html frame. If you want the free website to replace your existing website, then you are better off upgrading to standard or professional membership which will give you more control over your website.

Can I have my own domain pointing to the free website.
Yes, using a redirect, link or frame which is something you can do from your existing website. If you wish your domain to point directly to your free website, there is a one-off fee of €50 to set up the DNS records on our servers.

Nothing is really for free, is it? If we only use the free website - how do you make your money?
There is no charge to you for using the free website. We do place a small google adsense advert on the free websites, which can be removed when you upgrade to standard or professional membership. Obviously, we hope that you will be impressed by our real-estate technology and will see the benefits of upgrading your membership.

What can I do with my free website?
The website has a very easy to use listings control panel, which makes it extremely quick to add new properties, alter details and show them on your website. If you are currently adding photos and descriptions to your website manually, then you will notice a big improvement. Now it is possible for you to upload your entire list of properties onto your website and keep it up-to-date with the minimum of fuss.
Your new website can replace your old one, or you can link it to your old one. with a ´property search´ button or similar.
